The Club provides programs at every age that foster academic success with the goal of all members graduating high school with a plan for the future. Through the College and Career Preparation program teen members explore their interests, learn about the college process and tour college campuses.  These experiences provide them the skills they need to take the next steps toward their advanced educational goals.  Be Ready is a skilled workforce development program for those not interested in a traditional four year college path. The program provides school-age youth opportunities to develop knowledge and skills in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), explore paths to sustainable careers that differ from four-year college programs and obtain “hands-on” work experiences.

Through the generosity of donors, the Club has established endowed scholarship funds and accounts that help support Club teens and alumni with their future goals.  Applications open in February and awards are given at the annual scholarship dinner in the spring. The Scholarship Dinner brings together donors, alumni, and members moving onto secondary education to celebrate their achievements and award them support toward future success. For more information about the Clubs Scholarship Program please click here.
